The Services are provided to individuals, organizations or companies (referred to in this document as “Customer” or “You”). All use of the service is subject to all restrictions listed below. By using Nusanode services, you agree to be obey by all Service Policies. 1. You agree that use of the service is at your own risk. Apart from the information, products, or services provided by Nusanode, neither Nusanode nor its affiliates control, provide, operate, or are in any way responsible for all information, products, or services that can be accessed through the service. Nusanode neither endorses nor is responsible for the accuracy of content from third parties, and you agree that Nusanode is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on such content. You understand and agree that you have responsibility for posting your information or content to sites or newsgroups on the internet, including but not limited to posting to websites whether on Nusanode equipment or not, posting to newsgroups, and participation in online chat sessions anywhere. You agree to indemnify and hold Nusanode and all its employees and other Customers harmless from and against claims, losses, costs, liabilities, damages or costs arising from your posts.
2. Continue specific identification of the allegedly infringing content and the location on Nusanode where the content was found. After receiving written notification, Nusanode will immediately delete or block access to the content that is suspected of violating it, and provide notification to the person who posted the content. If Nusanode receives a notification from that person indicating that the infringement complaint occurred due to mistake or misidentification, then Nusanode will send you a copy of the notification. Unless you notify Nusanode of appropriate court action to restrain the alleged infringement, the content will be returned or at its discretion, made accessible again.

You agree that, if you use the service to send or receive voice communications, Nusanode is not acting as a telecommunications courier company or telephone company, so that no representation is made by Nusanode regarding the suitability of the service for such voice use, and that all connection risk, transmission quality, and the accuracy of the communication is solely up to you, and that Nusanode is not responsible for any failure or lack of quality in the use of the service.
4. You agree to be responsible for any damage or loss of service that harms Nusanode as a result of spamming or other violations. These damages include, but are not limited to, system shutdown, backlash or data flooding, and loss of peering arrays. You agree that Nusanode may bring claims against you in court.
5. You authorize Nusanode to take necessary actions on any Customer services that cause disruption to Nusanode's operational activities. These actions include but are not limited to limiting IP and/or cloud server access, adding DDoS prevention networks, and so on.
The services and software are provided to you by Nusanode on an "as available" basis. Nusanode does not guarantee that the services and software are error free and/or interrupted, or that defects will be corrected. Nusanode does not guarantee the security or backup of any of your data that may be stored in the service.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness.
Neither Party to this Agreement shall be deemed not to have carried out its obligations or to hold the other Party responsible for any cessation, interruption or delay in the performance of its obligations caused by earthquake, flood, fire, storm, natural disaster, war, terrorism, armed conflict, communication breakdown, labor strike, lock-out or boycott which one of the affected Parties must notify by written notification to the other Party within 14 working days of being affected by the force majeure, and must take all necessary steps to mitigate the impact from force majeure; Furthermore, if the force majeure event occurs for more than 1 (one) month, then either Party can immediately terminate this Agreement.
This Service Policy is regulated in all respects under the laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia. Nusanode may disclose user information to law enforcement agencies or other authorized parties if required by applicable laws and regulations without further approval or notification to Customers. We cooperate with law enforcement when necessary and to the extent required.
All product names, logos and brands are the property of their respective owners. All company, product and service names used on this website are for identification purposes only. Use of these names, logos and brands does not imply endorsement.
This Service Policy can be changed in any case and at any time by Nusanode. Your continued use of the service is deemed to be acceptance of these changes. If you do not want to continue using our services because of these changes, you can notify us of your desire to stop using Nusanode services.
