The following are things that are considered to violate the Usage Policy or Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
You agree to comply with this Service Policy. Any violation, whether of the Service Policy or other rules: regulations and policies above, may be a reason for Nusanode to suspend or terminate your account. You agree Nusanode has the right, with or without notice, to suspend or terminate your account upon the first or subsequent occurrence of any of the following:
1. Using the services in a manner, which constitutes a violation of applicable regulations, laws, court orders, tariffs, regulations, or treaties (including, but not limited to, intellectual property, communications, privacy, criminal, and international laws).
2. Domains, content and services registered on your IP cloud server and/or site services dedicated to pornography, gambling (online gambling, lottery, gambling predictions, etc.), illegal drugs including narcotics, drugs that require special permission from BPOM and Department of Health.
3. Using the service in a way that is intended to abuse or violate the privacy or property rights of others, including but not limited to, sending bulk unsolicited e-mail (spamming), data flooding (flooding).
4. Use the service in an attempt to breach security, or to breach the security of any computer network (including the service itself), or to access accounts, messages, or files that do not belong to you.
5. Use the services in such a way as to forge or misrepresent headers, addresses, or other identification on e-mail or websites, or use other means to disguise the identity or location of the sender.
6. Uploading, linking, or storing warez, exploit files, cracks, or other pirated software.
7. Assist directly or indirectly in disseminating copyrighted material.
8. Excessive use of services in a way that limits the bandwidth available to others.
9. Provide false or incomplete contact details, including name, postal address and telephone number.
10. Use non baremetal services to run server programs, including but not limited to, IRC servers, game servers, audio or video streaming servers.
11. Using services for unauthorized relays through third party systems.
12. Attempt, by any means, to interfere with or deny service to any user or host on the internet.
13. Performing a chargeback on any past or current transaction will cause an account delay, until it is resolved. If a chargeback occurs, we reserve the right to delete your account without regard to future business.
14. Using the service for mail bombing, including cases where multiple messages are sent to a single destination for a specific purpose with the aim of causing disruption to the recipient and/or the electronic system serving that recipient.
15. Use the service to add or attempt to add addresses to any mailing list (yours or a third party's) without the express permission of the owner of that address.
16. Attempt to cancel, replace, or interfere with email that is not your own.
17. Harassment, whether through language, frequency, or size of messages, whether with emails or site content.
18. Using the service to conduct a flooding attack, which is defined as overloading a recipient's computer system by sending large amounts of false data that disrupts or disables the functionality of the recipient's system, or by other denial-of-service attack methods.
19. Provide false data on your registration form, contract, or online application, including providing stolen credit card or other payment information.
20. No bill credit is granted within the deferral period. In the case of termination of your use of the service, Nusanode may at its sole discretion retain any amount you have paid for use of the service as cover for damages from your actions.
21. Security - You agree not to access or attempt to access the privacy areas of the service. You agree to notify Nusanode once you become aware of any misuse of your account and/or a breach or attempted breach of service security.
